MARCO MAYS

Marco is a human rights advocate, author and model.

 

He is the Founder and CEO of M2, a consulting company, specializing in Personal Development and Events Management. He also is the founder of M2 Cares, a humanitarian project created to promote healthy eating and living in small communities. He is highly sought after for his ability to seamlessly create, plan, and execute the ideas and visions of his clients.

 

He is currently a Brand Ambassador for Until There’s A Cure, a non-profit organization focused on ending HIV/AIDS, an Education/Outreach Specialist for the Central Alabama Fair Housing Center, and a Funeral Director at Brookside Funeral Home & Crematorium. 

 

He has appeared in television and big screen works with Wind Creek Casino & Hotel (AL), ATLAS2018 Documentary (Netherlands), Her Vision Studio’s Traces of Indignity (2019 Movie), and Model Behavior with Sharon Quinn (NYC).  Some projects of his work include “The Brunch with Marco Mays” (USA), “Full Figured Fashion Week” (NYC), Curvy Chic Closet (OR), Queen Size Magazine (NYC), RSVP Montgomery Magazine, “A Taste of Cultures” for Hot Spots (AL), Plus Night Out (NYC), and LS 1426, Inc. (FL), to name a few.

 

He is an active Board member on Colors River Region (LGBT Youth), National Minority AIDS Council (NMAC), Alabama Consumers Advisory Board (ALCAB), Central Alabama Alliance Resource Advocacy Center (CAARAC), and the Veteran’s Mental Health Council (LGBT Veterans).  He is currently the Vice-President of Triumph Service’s Junior Board. He also sits on the Rosa Parks Museum’s Community Givers Junior Board and the Montgomery Museum of Fine Art’s Junior Board.  

 

His volunteering spans from local and national community work with Easter Seals, AIDS Alabama, Medical Advocacy & Outreach, Collaborative Solutions Inc., CAVHCS’s National Coming Out, Alabama Department of Public Health, and numerous organizations within the LGBTQ community.

 

Marco resides in Millbrook, Alabama and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations from Auburn University at Montgomery.
